We have completed our migration of customers to the new servers. At this time most of the bumps have been overcome. Some websites have reported a few errors that can be fixed easily using FTP, FrontPage or the cPanel file manager.

If you by chance are experiencing any
problems please ensure the following.

• The index pages for the root public directory and sub directories are named index.html. Or Index.php if running php sites.
• There are no uppercase characters in your file names
• Where you link to images or pages does not include uppercase characters.
• There are no spaces in your file names.

I’m sure most of you would like some help learning about the new tools at your disposal. You can use the link to the right for the cPanel users guide. There are tons of information on how to use features and tools. If you continue to have problems please feel free to email us using the contact form and we will happily walk you through the process.

Package Changes:
All clients packages have been upgraded or downgraded depending on what you are currently paying for service. Once we have finalized the new packages and have posted them on this website you will know all the features at your disposal. If you were granted a feature with your account was originally setup and it is not included in your current plan you will not loose that feature with the new package changes.
